Refund Policy

At SoftLab, we take pride in creating high-quality WordPress plugins that meet our customers’ needs. We strive to ensure that our products work flawlessly and meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details, and we will promptly process your refund.

Please note that we do not provide refunds after the 7-day period has expired. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect abuse of our refund policy.

Note: If you have any bug/issues with our plugin, and we are unable to resolve the issue, We’ll happily refund the full amount of your money within 7 days of your purchase.

We Realise Refund If…

  • If our support team is unable to resolve any bug problems, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • If the product you have purchased is not functioning as described in its details or has become defective after installation, we will replace or refund it.
  • If we cannot resolve the issue you raised, we guarantee a full refund of your payment.

We Don’t Refund If…

  • If you have decided to change your mind for no reason.
  • If you find our product is not suitable for your need. We won’t allow refunds because we already provided a live demo trial with all PRO & FREE features.
  • In case you discover that your hosting service fails to meet the WordPress requirements or refuses to update the PHP and MySQL versions, you may encounter certain issues.
  • In case you are having issues due to 3rd party plugins.
  • If you request a refund after 7 days, you won’t receive a successful refund.
