Follow the steps below to connect Zoho with your Contact Form 7 forms and streamline your lead management process.
Before you begin, ensure both Contact Form 7 and Essential Addons for Contact Form 7 (PRO) are installed on your WordPress site.
Enable Zoho Integration
Before connecting your Zoho (CRM) account with Contact Form 7, you need to enable the Zoho integration.
Follow the steps below to get started:
- Navigate to the Contact Form 7 menu.
- Go to Essential Addons.
- Click the Global Settings tab > Integrations > Zoho > Enable Zoho Integration.

Configure Zoho Settings
Once you activate the Zoho Integration toggle, you’ll see a few additional options. This is where you configure your Zoho settings and enter the necessary credentials to connect your account.
Here’s what each field means:
- Zoho Account Domain: The regional server for your Zoho account, ensuring data compliance and performance.
- Zoho Client ID: A unique identifier for your OAuth app, used for secure access to Zoho services.
- Zoho Client Secret: A confidential key used with the Client ID to authenticate your app with Zoho’s OAuth server.
- Zoho Redirect URL: The endpoint where Zoho returns the authorization response for secure token exchange. This URL is your Essential Addons Global Settings page.
- Get Authorization Code: The authorization code is a temporary token used to obtain Zoho access and refresh tokens. Click Generate Code, check the permission box, and then click Accept to authorize access.

How to Access the Zoho Client ID & Client Secret?
To access the Zoho Client ID and other credentials, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Zoho Account.
- Navigate to Zoho API Console > Get Started > Server-based Applications > Write Client Name and provide the necessary URL > Click Create.
- Here you will be able to copy the Zoho Client ID & Client Secret.

Configure Zoho Additional Settings
Before collecting and storing contact information from Contact Form 7 in Zoho (CRM), configuring the additional settings is required. Without completing these settings, the integration will not function properly.
Follow the guidelines below to configure the settings properly.
- Navigate to Contact Forms to create a new form or edit an existing one.
- Enter Form Name, customize Form Template, and others.
- Navigate to Integrations from Essential Addons for Contact Form 7 settings > Zoho > Enable Zoho Integration if it’s disabled.
- Email: Select the correct form tag to capture the subscriber’s email address.
- First Name: Select the correct form tag to capture the subscriber’s first name.
- Last Name: Select the correct form tag to capture the subscriber’s last name.
- Phone Number: Select the correct form tag to capture the subscriber’s Phone Number.
- Save Changes once the configuration is complete.

Upon submitting the form, the selected information will be automatically stored in your Zoho (CRM) account directly from Contact Form 7.
